Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, which is centrally located just moments away from the main square. The second-floor room was much brighter and more pleasant than the first-floor one my partner stayed in. The standout feature for me was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Luis, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, even preparing a breakfast bag for our early departure. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, with some areas needing improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel with an amazing view of the volcano and a lovely garden that added to the peaceful vibe. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff went out of their way to help, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for my early departure. However, I did notice some noise from other guests during the night, which was a bit disruptive but not the hotel's fault.
My stay was mixed; while the hotel has a gorgeous view and the garden is a peaceful retreat, the service left a lot to be desired when it came to equal treatment for guests. The rooms had some comfort issues because they could be quite dark and noisy at night, especially for those near the bar, and I found it frustrating that there were added charges for early check-in. Overall, it was a boutique experience with charm, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I loved the colonial charm and cleanliness of the space, I faced frustrating moments with the bar staff regarding watching a football game. On a positive note, the rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the courtyard was a delightful place to relax.
